Tofu (soybean curd) “Ichikawa Shoten”

A tofu speciality shop that is located opposite Saryo Ichimatsu. The third generation owner of the shop has conducted a comparative study of soy beans. And as a result he has blend four different domestic soy beans to make “self-assertive Tofu.”
He makes tofu using the same process which was used when the Ganjin monk carried back the Tofu making equipment from China.
Momen Tofu 200 yen, Oboro 220 yen.
